Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to the Oregon Contractors Association within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Flagging class pre-payments will only be refunded if attendance has been cancelled at least 3 days in advance. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Oregon Contractors Association at the customers’ expense. The Oregon Contractors Association will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please call or email us to process a return.
Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
Personal Information
The Oregon Contractors Association only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. The OCA handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
Third Parties
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of the OCA, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
