Oregon Contractors Association Events
Contractor & Project Awards Dinner - Plans are underway for the first annual awards ceremony to highlight outstanding industry contractors and projects. This event is being scheduled for the beginning of Fall 2008. This event will be the buzz of the construction industry, several surprises are in development for this event.

Annual Freedom Fest Concert - This party and celebration of our Free Enterprise system of government is mixed with dancing, live music, and hosted bar, held every year on Saturday evening after the Tent Show at the Dorchester Conference in Seaside. Generally the first weekend of March. Come enjoy the Dorchester Conference, or just come down for Freedom Fest 2008.
Alaska Legislature Trip - Contractors will have the opportunity to not only catch fish and tell stories, but they will be able to sponsor a Legislator to accompany them. This is a great way to let the Oregon Legislature know exactly how what they do (or don't do) affects your business and family. Legislators are exempt from the catch-and-release policy while fishing.
Quarterly Member Meetings - Currently meetings alternate between Portland and Salem, but as membership increases, meetings will be help for members in all areas of Oregon. These dinner meetings are a great networking opportunity, and chance to learn valuable information to help your business grow.
Quarterly Board Meetings - Members can attend the Board Meetings.
Training Classes - Members are able to attend training classes for First Aid, CPR, and Flagging Certification.
